Welcome to OriginCollective! By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Premium Services & Payment Terms
Free Service: Basic OriginCollective features are free to use and will remain so. You can track brews, participate in the community, and access basic analytics at no cost.
Premium Features: Advanced analytics, AI recommendations, unlimited storage, and priority support are available through paid subscriptions.
- Billing: Monthly or annual subscriptions, charged in advance
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime; service continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds: Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions within 30 days
- Price Changes: 30-day notice for any subscription price increases
Fair Use: Premium features are for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate business agreement.
Termination & Suspension
Your Right to Terminate: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. This will remove your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
